Position Summary The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day financial and operational site matters for approximately 500 Burger King properties (~1.5 million sqft), reporting to the Sr. Property Manager, Burger King Development & Franchising. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with Asset Management, Lease Administration, Legal, Finance, and Accounting teams. Manage work orders via the ticketing system (Freshdesk). Serve as liaison with Landlords and Franchisees to resolve site maintenance and financial issues. Respond to property management inquiries from Franchisees. Handle municipal violations, permits, liens, and property-related concerns. Reconcile collections and manage bad debt. Coordinate inspections, maintenance, and urgent issues like vandalism or illegal dumping. Assist with property taxes, insurance, and utility concerns. Collaborate with Legal on disputes. Communicate effectively with Landlords, Franchisees, vendors, and Municipalities. Prioritize tasks and stay organized amid multiple responsibilities. Proactively follow up to ensure responsibilities are met. Demonstrate problem-solving skills and ownership mentality. Maintain excellent communication and de-escalate tense situations. Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years in Property Management or Lease Administration. Degree in business, finance, accounting, or real estate. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Thrives in fast-paced, uncertain environments. Experience with ticketing systems and MS Office; familiarity with SAP or lease management software is a plus. CPM or RPM certification is advantageous.
