VHS is looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist - Clinic.

Shift: 8 Hours Day shift
Description: Qualifications: B.S. or higher in Occupational Therapy NYS licensure or eligible and 2 year of experience required.nMust successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.nDuties: Administer Occupational Therapy as prescribed by a physician detennine specificngoals for patient treatment through evaluation and consultation with health care professionals patientsn families process record keeping related reports attend designated clinics rounds and conferencesnrendering patient information interact with patient families maintain equipment and supplies maynparticipate in educational programs for staff.
Notes: Occupational Therapist 2nnMon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pmnnMust have acute care and outpatient experience. Will work one weekend per month.
W2 Pay Rate: $45.67 *Travel candidates only (50 miles or more from facility)
