To build the dream, we are looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead and execute recruitment for our Central Services functions. In this role, you will partner closely with HR and business leaders to attract, source, and hire top talent for roles in finance, IT, marketing, supply chain, sales, and more. You will drive recruitment strategy, ensure compliance with OFCCP and other regulations, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for Central Services positions. Advise hiring managers and HR partners on sourcing, selection, and market trends. Develop and implement targeted recruitment campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Use data and ATS tools to streamline processes and ensure compliance. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future Central Services needs. Qualifications: 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on corporate roles. Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment law (OFCCP, federal, state, local). Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in food manufacturing or CPG preferred.
