We are seeking a Bulk Truck Driver for our customer, County Ready Mix Corporation in Rhinelander, WI. Military service members and veterans are encouraged to apply. About the position: Competitive hourly pay Drive Semi Tractor with Pneumatic Trailer, hauling dry materials to our plants daily. Home every night. Job Duties: Demonstrate customer service while interfacing with clients. Perform daily preventative maintenance, cleanliness, and good operating condition for assigned truck. Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and in route inspections on all equipment, including securement devices and loading materials prior to transport. Operate tractor trailer combinations Confirm cargo and delivery destination, and all delivery tickets are signed and returned to plant. Ensure accurate placement of cargo. Transport product while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and establishing routes. Perform duties consistent with all safety policies, including utilizing proper PPE. Unload transported material utilizing approved methods. Use consistent communicate with dispatcher. Maintain customer relations by acting in a professional, courteous manner. Work Environment : Working in outdoor weather conditions. Work near moving machinery and equipment. Work alongside moving traffic on roads. Physical Requirements : Frequent Sitting. Standing / Walking / Climbing. Squatting / Crouching / Kneeling / Bending. Pushing / Pulling / Reaching Above Shoulder. Experience & Qualifications : Must hold a valid Class A CDL prior to hire. Minimum 2 years prior driving experience required; will train drivers in dump truck procedures. Ability to perform well in a "Team" environment. Self-motivator and must be flexible to accommodate the client's needs.
